For pet boarding: My cats have full reign over the house except for kitchen counters and bathrooms. I have a fenced backyard where Toto likes to spend a few hours each day. I have 2 separate unoccupied rooms that I occasionally use for new pets getting acclimated to the house(important for cats specifically so they dont get hostile right off the bat). I have several litterboxes and feeding bowls and well separated sections of the house to ensure each pet gets enough space without being disturbed by the others

I prefer boarding for cats since I'm a cat person. No preference for the breed but I am partial to ones that don't damage furniture. Please let me know if your cat is prone to scratching random items so I can prepare accordingly.

I have a beautiful dog park nearby that your pup can make new friends at. My backyard has ample space for one-on-one activity as well if that's what you prefer. I have different kinds of toys to play fetch or pull with(for dogs) and an array of stimulating/exercising toys for cats. I can arrange for any particular requests that you have for your pets' activities as well.

I've had cats for about 10 years now. I'm well aware of their different temperaments and how to deal with them. I can groom, bathe, and also administer medications(orally). Feeding and cleaning the litter boxes goes without saying. Skillset now also includes the painstaking but successful litter robot troubleshooting experience ;)

Sanya is an amazing cat/house sitter! She braved terrible snow and ice conditions to stay with our Pretty, feed our birds, and salt our doorstep, and she sent us lots of pictures so we could see how happy and comfortable Pretty was (including one of a blissful Pretty after her evening brushing)! She cares for our cat like we do, and we are so grateful.
Sanya was great to work with, and our furry kids enjoyed her here very much! 🐶🐱 She was quick with communications, clear, accommodating, flexible, and friendly. We got lots of pictures and updates, (as requested). Our house was as we left it when we returned. We’d definitely recommend Sanya to our friends and family, and will have her here again! ☺️
As always, Sanya was trustworthy, professional and very conscientious about our cat's care whille we were away recently. Our cat is always in grea hands with Sanya! -- Tricia
