Hi! I’m a postdoctoral researcher at the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (oiip) here in Vienna, originally from Turkey. Alongside my academic work, cats have always been at the very centre of my life. I’ve shared my home with three rescue cats – all of them with disabilities – and before moving here, I volunteered for years helping to rescue, foster, and rehome countless cats in need. Being away from my own cats now is the hardest part of living abroad, so spending time with yours would truly be a joy rather than a job. I love their quiet companionship, their humour, and their gentle presence. There’s nothing quite like the calm that comes from a cat’s trust.

Whether your cat needs a reliable feeder, a patient cuddler, a playful entertainer, or just someone who understands feline moods, I’m more than happy to do it all. I’m an excellent treat-giver, professional chin-scratcher, and fully fluent in the subtle language of purrs and tail flicks. I can visit anywhere in central Vienna and nearby districts. Every cat is different, and getting to know their unique personalities is honestly one of my favourite things in the world.
